Physio-led Pilates refers to Pilates exercise sessions that are guided and supervised by our qualified physiotherapist. Placing an emphasis on the mind-body connection.
Whether your motives to do physio led pilates are to get fit again, Injury prevention, Injury rehabilitation, surgical prehabilitation and post rehabilitation, increase strength or pre and post-natal we are here to help you.
Our classes, with a maximum of 4 participants, are tailored to suit your desired outcome, regardless of age, mobility and fitness level. Our physio adopt a blended approach of Pilates Reformer equipment & Mat Pilates classes to get you the best outcomes.
We cater for individual private sessions: 1 on 1 , 2 to 1 or 3 to 1
As well as group classes of maxim of 4 participants.
We make it easy for you to get core fit again
No need to bring in any x-rays, CT scans or MRI’s , with your permission we can access them for you electronically.
We accept all major health funds so you are not out of pocket.
