Freedom to Thrive – Identifying your mental health triggers

Ever wanted to know what triggers your mental health in a negative way?

And what you can do about it to change it for the better.

Just like our physical health, our mental health can be influenced and shaped to give you a healthier state of mental well-being. On the flip-side, if neglected, it can produce increased signs and symptoms of depression and anxiety.

Mental well-being research has identified that the initial step to better a state of mental health is self-awareness.

Yes that’s right, lack of awareness of your own triggers, signs and symptoms can lead to a downward spiral of your mental health if not detected early enough.

In this workshop you will explore your mental wellbeing:

– Signs and Symptoms

– Triggers

– Key strategies on how you can thrive

– Behavioural patterns
