About Susan:
Susanne is a Family & Wellbeing Coach and a Meditation/Mindfulness & Breathwork Teacher. She is dedicated to supporting families and their wider communities to connect positively with each other to increase their wellbeing and overall happiness.
Susanne is a Positive Psychology Practitioner and accredited in mental wellbeing, bereavement and meditation/mindfulness programs for children and adults.
Susanne grew up in Germany, is married to an Australian and has three young adult children. She loves ocean swimming, immersing herself in nature, reading and craft making.
